Stephen was raised in Ellicott City, Maryland and attended the University of Maryland, where he earned a B.A. in Government and Politics. After graduating, Stephen attended the University Of Maryland Francis King Carey School Of Law. While in law school, Stephen was an editor for the Journal of Business and Technology, a Research Assistant for Morton & Sophia Macht Professor Larry Gibson, and a member of the Dean’s Fellows program, mentoring groups of incoming first-year law students. Stephen also spent a year as a student-attorney in the Clinical Law Program. Outside of school, Stephen interned for the Honorable Margaret M. Schweitzer of the District Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, and held a Summer Associate position with RLI Insurance Co.’s Professional Insurance Group in Rockville, Maryland.
After graduating from law school, Stephen served as the law clerk to the Honorable David A. Boynton of Maryland’s Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys playing basketball and golf, traveling, and spending time with local family and friends.
