Paul is a member of the Commercial and Business Litigation practice group. He has represented individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in hundreds of cases throughout the state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Paul frequently handles lawsuits involving business disputes, commercial transactions, construction defects, insurance claims, property damage, and serious personal injury claims, including wrongful death. He has been named a “Rising Star” in civil defense litigation by Super Lawyers® every year since 2019.
Paul is also active in the local legal community as a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the D.C. Defense Lawyer’s Association, and he currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Bar Association of Montgomery County.
