Clark, Jonathan R., Maryland's New Statute on Failure to Act in Good Faith in First Party Claims, Montgomery County Bar Association, Personal Injury Litigation Section (November 16, 2007). In this seminar, Jon continued the firm's educational series on the recent and significant changes to Maryland insurance law dealing with the new “lack of good faith” statute in first-party insurance claims. Obviously, this is a major change to Maryland insurance law, and as a result, this presentation has been given to a number of clients and professional associations by many of the attorneys in the firm.
