In this seminar, Tom, Dave and Rick continued the firm's educational series on the recent and significant changes to Maryland commercial insurance law dealing with contractual indemnity, commercial claims handling and an update on the new “lack of good faith” statute in first-party insurance claims, using recent data and case study analysis since the enactment of the statute.
