Chris is a member of the Insurance Defense and Personal Injury practice groups, and he works primarily in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury law. Chris assists in the handling of cases for individual, institutional, and commercial clients.


Chris was born in Talbot County, Maryland in 1991, and raised in Caroline County, Maryland. He attended Colonel Richardson High School, where he graduated with honors and was a varsity letterman in wrestling. After high school, Chris enrolled at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 2013.


After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Chris began to attend the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2016. Chris spent a year serving as an intern for the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County, Maryland. During law school he also participated in Maryland’s intellectual property clinic, where he counseled clients on trademark and copyright matters. Before joining McCarthy Wilson LLP, Chris clerked for an Annapolis-based law firm.

Chris is an aspiring author, and can often be found spending his free time with his nose in a book or a pen in his hand. He and his wife, Cait, live in Montgomery County, Maryland.
